She enjoys leading people in solving complex process challenges and has a passion to create and execute scalable corporate structures and procedures.
The last 20+ years of her career have been concentrated in the marketing technology (MarTech) arena – and she’s loved every minute of it. MarTech truly is her passion. She has a love for deciphering what data indicates and how firms can respond strategically to gain more business. The opportunity to work in the field allows her to grow with each nuance of technology’s transition. As a leader and advocate for Marketing/BD, that means having an eye for detail, clearly communicating goals and expectations, and training future leaders. More importantly, it means creating a positive experience at every interaction – something that is important when leading dynamics.
