The Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel
The Missouri Valley Regional Conference will be held at this historic Cottonwood Hotel in Omaha's historic and revitalized Blackstone District. Inspiring our 2024 conference theme of 'Rooted in Growth', Cottonwood's Omaha roots run deep. This 1920's landmark building was built in Second Renaissance Revival architectural style and touted as the 'gateway to the Blackstone District'. The hotel was expanded in 2020- restoring its original Midwestern charm while maintaining its architectural style, but adding a modern edge and amenities.
Conference attendees will receive a special group room rate at $169 a night. Group room rates include the following for overnight guests:
- Complimentary high-speed WiFi on all devices throughout the hotel during stay.
- Onsite dining and upscale cocktail bars.
- Fully equipped on-site fitness center, including a Peloton Commercial Bike with instant access to classes streamed directly from Peloton’s NYC studio.
- Luxury Atelier Bloem bath amenities.
- Hosted social hour in the lobby living room from 5-6 pm.

Coming from the east: taking I-80 West, exit I-29 North and then exit I-480. Please use the Farnam Street exit and turn left, heading west. The Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel is approximately .5 miles ahead on the left, at the corner of 36th Street and Farnam.
Parking is $30 per night / $10 for day only parking. The secure lot is located on the corner of 36th and Harney- just south of the hotel. Carpooling is encouraged for out of town attendees.
